According to a report by GizmoChina, apk of the Nokia camera app confirmed these two phones. The camera application didn't reveal any information about the smartphones though, apart from the fact that the Plus variant of Nokia 7 is expected to be a bigger version and may be powered by the Snapdragon 660. While there are no information about Nokia 4 as of now.
The apk file of the Nokia camera app did confirm that HMD Global is working on 5 new smartphone to launch this year.
