The Neo Reloaded is a very unique Android smartphone. It gives the user the opportunity to reconfigure the look of their phone on the fly. There are over 600 combinations of panels allowing for a unique and temporary look. The Neo was originally sold with the Windows phone operating system. The new Neo Reloaded features Android 7.1 making it far more desirable (in my opinion). This is a very unique smartphone currently available in Japan.
